Announcing hledger-makeitso

Hi everyone,

During the last few months I've been extracting some of the code that I've
been using as part of my own hledger setup into something that would
hopefully be useful to more people than just myself.

hledger-makeitso is a command-line executable inspired by Dmitry Astapov's
Full-fledged hledger.

It aims to define a file structure/workflow where most of your hledger
transactions are generated from electronic bank statements.

Please have a look at the project description and the instructions to see
if this could be helpful to you or other hledger users:

At the moment I'd appreciate it if someone who has been using hledger for a
while could read the documentation, or even try it out, and tell me if you
see any areas that need to change or improve to make it more useful.

The project is nowhere near complete, I'm slowly adding functionality that
would help me get more value out of my financial data.
I've jotted down a few ideas on what to work on next when I have some spare
time. Feel free to comment on or add to any of these:

Hi Andreas.. just to say I looked at this and your two very nice slide
sets briefly a little while ago. Great work! Has anybody else had a
chance to try these out ? We should publish it a bit more, eg on
plaintextaccounting.org and maybe your blog.*

* I would say twitter too, but with timeline widgets gone twitter no
longer seems to be much use for us..
